A brief summary of the duties/responsibilities of each position are listed below.

Receptionist: Computer familiarity required, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;answering and directing of all phone calls & greeting visitors to church office; recording sacramental information in official church registers and in computer data base; scheduling baptisms; updating parishioners telephone & address information;other varied office duties. 

Assistant Bookkeeper/Bulletin Editor : Computer familiarity required, including knowledge of Publisher, Microsoft Word and Excel; creating, editing and publishing the weekly church bulletin; posting of all weekly contributions from all Masses; assist bookkeeper in maintaining bank accounts of parish; maintain all Memorial records;other varied office duties.

Parish Bookkeeper: Accounting/payroll experience required, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; maintain tuition payment records for families enrolled in IC School; maintain financial records of the parish and school using Parish Data Systems Ledger/Payroll software; reconcile monthly bank account statements; maintain personnel records for all employees, including group health plans and retirement plan; prepare payroll for church staff & school and deposit taxes as required by state and federal government; assist in preparation of parish and school annual budgets; prepare and distribute monthly financial statement for church & school.

The Diocese of Little Rock has an opening for a Staff Accountant. This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week and requires a Catholic with a CPA license or the equivalent experience and Microsoft Office proficiency.   Employment Opportunity: Client Services Director

The Arkansas Pregnancy Resource Center is taking applications for individuals interested in serving as a Client Services Director (CSD). The CSD is responsible for all client services provided at the Arkansas Pregnancy Resource Center. This paid position requires approximately 30 hours a week to include some weekends.

The ideal candidate must be a practicing Catholic with excellent organization, team building, and interpersonal skills. Management or supervisory experience, preferred. A self-starter with good judgment and integrity.
